    The Loan/Financial Services Officer will be responsible for proactively promoting lending and deposit options. Financial counseling and credit evaluation are key aspects of this position, along with a high level of sales and service culture. Previous lending, banking or sales experience is preferred along with a proven track record of building successful networking relationships.

    Qualifications

    • Three to four years of financial institution/sales experience
    • Demonstrated experience in providing financial counseling and positive member relations, with well-developed interpersonal skills
    • Considerable judgement, with the ability to problem solve within various financial matrices, is required
    • High level of sales/service and drive to meet performance goals
    • Reliable, Flexible and adaptable

    Due to the rapid pace of our growth, we do not yet have a physical location in Omaha. Candidates should be prepared to travel to Lincoln, NE for interviews, onboarding and training.

  • Branch Manager - West Omaha

    Branch Manager - West Omaha

    We are currently searching for a Branch Manager to serve our expanding member base in the West Omaha area.

    The Branch Manager is responsible for development of new business, expanding relationships, and leading our greatest asset - human capital. Key aspects of this role include ensuring integrity of our member relationships, developing a sales/service culture and meeting the financial goals of the credit union.

    Qualifications

    • Three to seven years of previous leadership/supervisory experience
    • Ability to demonstrate experience in managing people, systems, processes, and coaching - preferably in the financial services section
    • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Management/HR or related field
    • Previous retail/commercial management experience
    • High level of technical and communication skills.
