Our Contact Center Representative is primarily a phone/chat/web-based position located within our Main location’s Contact Center at 46th and R in Lincoln. Our reps solve our members’ needs in a respectful, efficient manner from beginning to end – all facets of banking support. This is a great opportunity to be a problem-solver!

    The ability to be flexible and develop a working knowledge of our products/services will allow the perfect candidate to expend their sales and service culture in a growing organization! 

    Along with demonstrated customer service skills (1 to 2 years), the ability to proactively solve problems (6 months to 1 year) is required. At least 6 months to 1 year of working in a team atmosphere and using various business applications on the computer is also required. Previous financial institution experience is helpful, however, training is available for a quick learner. This is not a “scripted role” so the perfect applicant will be able to be flexible and provide all services in a professional manner.

    Liberty First Credit Union is currently searching for energetic and outgoing Tellers/Member Service Reps to serve our growing member base. This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position, where you will work as part of a cohesive team to provide excellent member service. All experience levels are invited to apply.

    You must be flexible with your work hours as our tellers work between the hours of 7:15 AM - 6:15 PM every weekday. Positions also include a Saturday morning rotation (approximately one Saturday per month). Demonstrated experience with assisting customers in a positive and helpful manner is preferred. Cash handling is also a plus.
