Manager of Financial Services - Full-Time Management Opening with Complete Benefits Package

Serve our membership by developing new business, expanding existing member relationships, and leading our greatest assets – human capital. A Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Management/HR or related field is preferred with at least 3 to 7 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity, preferably in the financial institution sector for this Branch Manager position. Professional, well-developed communication skills, along with a high level of coaching and team building skills are also preferred. Call Center Representative - Full-Time Opening with Complete Benefits Package

Do you enjoy helping people solve problems? Is your goal to provide a high degree of customer satisfaction and be rewarded for your efforts? Then this might be the perfect role for you! Our Call Center Representative is primarily a phone/chat/web-based position located within our Main location's Contact Center at 46th and R. Our Reps solve our members' needs in a respectful, efficient manner from beginning to end. The ability to be flexible and develop a working knowledge of our products/services will allow the perfect candidate to expand their sales and service culture in a growing organization!

Along with demonstrated customer service skills, the ability to proactively solve problems and be highly efficient at multi-tasking in a call center environment is a MUST. Previous financial institution experience is helpful, however, training is available for a quick learner.

Human Resources Assistant - Part-Time with Flexible Hours

Assist the HR Director with administration tasks, including: maintaining personnel files, acting as payroll processor ‘back-up’, entering all new hire/onboarding/personnel changes. Assist HR Director with recruiting including background checks, screening tools and applicant contact. This is a newly created position due to fast-paced growth and will be an exciting opportunity for the perfect candidate. A Bachelor’s degree in HR with HR certifications is preferred; with at least 1 to 3 years of previous HR experience. Familiarity with employment and hiring laws, including a high level of confidentiality, flexibility, organizational and communication skills is required. Previous payroll experience preferred. Part-time, flexible hours.

Positions are Full-Time, Monday-Friday, plus the Saturday morning rotation.
