Along with demonstrated customer service skills, the ability to proactively solve problems and be highly efficient at multi-tasking in a call center environment is a MUST. Previous financial institution experience is helpful, however, training is available for a quick learner.

Loan Officer/Member Financial Services – Multiple, Full-Time Openings with Complete Benefits Package
Serve our membership by providing financial counseling, borrowing and savings activities, and helping our members achieve their financial goals. Primary responsibilities include interviewing applicants, providing information, securing documentation, and providing the right solutions. Previous experience with financial counseling and evaluating credit are key. This position requires a high level of sales and service skills to build relationships and meet performance goals. A Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Management/HR or related field is preferred with at least 3 to 7 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity, preferably in the financial institution sector.
