MasterCard Balance Check and Payment Instructions

To check the balance or make a payment on your LFCU MasterCard sign on to Liberty First's Online Access any time it is convenient for you or call 1-855-501-4600 during normal business hours. 

Not signed up for LFCU Online Access? Sign up here to pay your bill for free or use our convenient Secure Online Payment Center for a small fee.

Lost or Stolen Card Instructions

If your LFCU MasterCard is missing, lost or stolen, please notify Liberty First immediately. In the case of a stolen card, notify the police department as well. Call 1-800-472-3272 to report your losses 24/7.

Traveling Outside of the United States?
When traveling outside of the United States please let us know in advance by calling (402) 465-1000. If Liberty Firsts' Fraud Protection Service cannot contact you at the phone number on file with Liberty First, your cards may be blocked. Notifying us in advance will keep your cards available for purchases while you are out of the country.

MasterCard offers Global Assistance Services to you while traveling. It provides worldwide, 24-hour assistance with Lost and Stolen Card Reporting, Emergency Card Replacement and Emergency Cash Advances. If you run into any issues while traveling please call MasterCard Assist at 1-800-622-7747. If your cards is lost or stolen outside of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands please visit www.mastercard.com and locate the emergency services tab to find the appropriate number to call.

The MasterCard APR (Annual Percentage Rate) for purchases listed above is effective on 04-25-16. A finance charge will be imposed on Credit Purchases only if you elect not to pay the entire new balance shown on your monthly statement for the billing cycle during which such transactions are posted to your account within 25 days from the closing date of that statement. *Net purchases are defined as the dollar value of goods and services purchased with a card beginning with the first day of the billing cycle that includes Cardholder's Enrollment Date, minus any credits, returns or other adjustments as reflected on the monthly
billing statements.

ScoreCard Rewards

Liberty First's ScoreCard Rewards Program is expired. You can continue to redeem points until May 31, 2016 by visiting www.scorecardrewards.com or calling the ScoreCard Bonus Point Service Center toll-free at 1-800-854-0790. 

My Old VISA Account
EZ Card is not longer available.. Look for your credit card information within Liberty First's Online Access. Payments can be made by doing a transfer to the credit card within online access.
