Simply pick a design that shows your true colors from our gallery of bright, vivid imagery and then give us a call at 402-465-1000 to have it printed. You can even pick it up from one of our branches within hours! While you are at it, upgrade your debit card design too!

Already have a Liberty First Credit Card? No problem. You can upgrade your card for only $10. The designer card will replace your current card. If you have multiple debit cards, you will be able to choose which card is replaced.

Mobile Wallet
To add your Liberty First Credit Union debit and credit cards to your phone's mobile wallet, simply locate the appropriate app on your phone, and follow the instructions for adding your card to the app.

Once your cards are loaded into the app simply give us a call to verify your cards then you're all set! And if you run into any trouble, you can always give us a call at 402-465-1000 or 1-855-501-4600. After normal business hours? No problem. Call 1-844-646-5465.

MasterCard Balance Check and Payment Instructions

To check the balance or make a payment on your LFCU MasterCard sign on to Liberty First's Online Access
any time it is convenient for you or call 1-855-501-4600 during normal business hours. 

Not signed up for LFCU Online Access?
Sign up here to pay your bill for free or use our convenient Secure Online Payment Center for a small fee.

MasterCard SecureCode
MasterCard SecureCode is an online security service to guard you against unauthorized use of your MasterCard card while shopping online at participating merchants.  There is no software to download, no cost and no hassles. Simply click here

Tip: If you have a hyphenated name, you will need to put a space between your last names vs the hyphen. 
 

Lost or Stolen Card Instructions

If your LFCU MasterCard is missing, lost or stolen, please notify Liberty First immediately at 402-465-1000. In the case of a stolen card, you will want to notify the police department as well. Call 1-800-472-3272 or 800-262-2024 to report your losses 24/7 if you are in the US. If your card is lost or stolen while outside of the US please call 973-682-2652. 

Traveling Outside of the State You Reside In?When traveling outside of the state that you reside in post some of your transactions as debit and enter your PIN,  the fraud monitoring system will then recognize the purchase as valid.  If they have any questions about the transaction they will call you at the phone number listed on file at Liberty First Credit Union.

Traveling Outside of the United States?

When traveling outside of the United States please let us know in advance by calling (402) 465-1000. If Liberty Firsts' Fraud Protection Service cannot contact you at the phone number on file with Liberty First, your cards may be blocked. Notifying us in advance will keep your cards available for purchases while you are out of the country.

MasterCard offers Global Assistance Services to you while traveling. It provides worldwide, 24-hour assistance with Lost and Stolen Card Reporting, Emergency Card Replacement and Emergency Cash Advances. If you run into any issues while traveling please call MasterCard Assist at 1-800-622-7747. If your cards is lost or stolen outside of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands please visit www.mastercard.com and locate the emergency services tab to find the appropriate number to call.
