Taking your Online and Mobile Banking to the Next Level! 

Pre-Enrollment starts now for our upgraded Online Banking system! This will make your transition to the upgraded Online and Mobile Banking system quick and easy.  Follow the simple steps below to get set up with your new Online Banking username and password before the site goes live as early as November 2nd, 2020.

Steps to Pre-enroll in the upgrade Online and Mobile System

1. Visit https://banking.libertyfirstcu.com/enroll to begin enrollment process.

2.  On the enrollment page input your account number (member number),social security number/tax identification number and date of birth.

3.  Create a username and password fitting the complexity rules. You can reuse your current username and password if it meets the complexity rules.

4.  Agree to the Terms and Conditions, click the Google reCAPTCHA and click the submit button.

Remember to save your newly created username and password. This is what you will use to log onto your Online Banking as early as November 2nd!

As with any change, some things will transfer smoothly, and others will be more of a challenge. We have worked hard and dedicated resources to limit any inconvenience for you, our member. In this process, we have identified a few features that, although we have worked to eliminate issues, may not transfer correctly in the upgrade.

BILL PAYMENT
Our Bill Pay system will be unavailable starting Thursday, October 29th, at 3 pm until November 2nd. Any previously scheduled bill payments will continue to process. You will not be able to send or schedule a new bill payment during this time frame. Please be sure to have all bills you wished paid using the bill pay system scheduled before October 29th.

EXTERNAL TRANSFERS
If you had external transfers, the transferring of money between your Liberty First Credit Union accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions, set up in the previous version you will need to reset these up.

TRANSFER MONEY BETWEEN YOUR ACCOUNTS WITH US
When the upgraded system goes live on 11/2/2020, you will need to log into your account and set up any transfers you previously had set up. These are set it and forget it time saving transfers that allow you to move money quickly and easily between any of your accounts at Liberty First Credit Union. Current regulations allow you to make up to six transfers and withdrawals from your savings or money market account each statement cycle.

TRANSFER MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNTS TO OTHER LIBERTY FIRST MEMBERS’ ACCOUNTS
If you had previously linked other members’ accounts for easy member-to-member transfers, you will need to reestablish this in the new system. These types of transfers allow you to securely send or receive money between your Liberty First Credit Union deposit account to other member Liberty First accounts to make quick one-time transfers, or automatic recurring transfers with as many members as you need.

ALERTS FOR EASY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Alerts are a great way to stay on top of the activity in your account. On November 2nd, please review all alerts options available and set up those you wish to receive. Previously established alerts will not transfer over to the upgraded system.
