Credit Unions for Kids
Credit Unions for Kids is a nonprofit collaboration of credit unions, chapters, leagues/associations and business partners from across the country, engaged in fundraising activities to benefit 170 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Adopted as our movement’s charity of choice, credit unions are the 3rd largest sponsor of CMN Hospitals. Since 1996, CU4Kids has raised $170 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
One hundred percent of every dollar donated by members of the credit union movement goes back to the Children’s Hospital & Medical Center in Omaha which serves our community.
Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals:

- Develop new, innovative technology which eases pain and lengthens lives
Liberty First has continued to be the outstanding Credit Union performer in fundraising for CMN. Each year we have surpassed our fundraising goal and have been inducted into the Nebraska Credit Union League Hall of Fame for CMN Outstanding Achievement.

In 2023, with the help of our members, we raised $27,591.10. Our fundraising goal for 2024 is $17,513.10.
