Getting started is easy! Simply create an account on the MyLFCU Rewards website using your Liberty First Mastercard® Debit and/or Credit Card information. If you have trouble registering and your card includes a middle initial, try entering your name without the middle initial in the “Name on Card” field.
As a special welcome bonus, members who create an account on the new MyLFCU Rewards site on or before July 17th will receive an extra 500 bonus points!
MyLFCU Rewards is Liberty First Credit Union’s rewards program that lets you earn points every time you use your Liberty First Debit or Credit Card. Points can be redeemed for thousands of rewards through the online rewards catalog, including merchandise, travel, gift cards, and more.
To get started, register your Liberty First Mastercard® Debit and/or Credit Card at the MyLFCU Rewards. If you experience any issues creating your account and your card includes a middle initial, try entering your name without the middle initial in the “Name on Card” field.
Your existing UChoose Rewards points will automatically transfer to MyLFCU Rewards, so there’s no need to worry about losing any points.
You may notice a slight difference in how points are grouped. With MyLFCU Rewards, cards under the same membership number will automatically be householded rather than being manually linked together like they were in UChoose Rewards.
You can earn rewards points every time you use your eligible Liberty First Credit Union Mastercard® Debit or Credit Card for purchases.
Earn 1 point for every net $1 spent with your Liberty First Mastercard® Credit Card.
Earn 1 point for every net $2 spent with your Liberty First Mastercard® Debit Card on signature-based purchases.
You can also earn bonus points by shopping with participating merchants featured through the MyLFCU Rewards program.
You earn points when you use your Liberty First Credit Card or your Liberty First Debit Card as a signature purchase everywhere Liberty First Credit Union Mastercard® is accepted.
Your current available points balance is listed in the top right corner of every page on MyLFCU Rewards website.
Yes, points will expire 3 years from the earn date. Additional point expiration rules are available within the Program Terms and Conditions. Additional details can be found within the My Account Statement page on the rewards website.
If more than one card has been issued for the same account, the points earned from each card will automatically be pooled together into one available point balance.
You can start redeeming points for gift cards, travel, and merchandise immediately. Cash back can be requested once you have accumulated 2,500 points.
It can take up to 60 days for your points to be credited to your account.
There are multiple ways you can redeem your reward; by phone or via the MyLFCU Rewards website.
To place your order over the phone, please call our customer service number at 888-681-2854. When speaking to a representative, please be as specific as possible regarding the brand and name of the reward you want, the color and size (if this applies) and the item number (if you know it) to ensure the desired reward is ordered correctly.
The most popular way to order your reward is directly through the MyLFCU Rewards website. Just browse through the various rewards categories right from the home page. Then:
Select the reward you want.
Select “Add to cart” to place your order and click on the cart icon in the top header at any point to “Check out”. You can also change quantities of items directly from the cart or remove items from the cart.
Review items in cart and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
Confirm redemption information and enter your phone number and email address. Then, click on ‘Continue to Shipping Address’ to move to the next step.
If the address for the shipping address can be modified on the screen, you can either enter the shipping address or select the check box ‘Same as Redemption Information”. In most instances, the redemption will be sent to the address on file. Click on ‘Continue to Review’.
Select “Place Order” to complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation with the option to print the confirmation for your records, and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
Gift cards, e-gift cards, event tickets, merchandise, activities, travel, and even cash (1500 points = $15 cash reward).
In most cases, the shipping address cannot be changed. When submitting your order, your item will ship to the address on record unless the screen shows that you can make a change to the shipping address.
Please be aware that there are fees associated with shipping outside of the contiguous US and that not all redemptions may be shipped outside of the contiguous US. If you have any further questions, please call customer service for more information regarding shipping policies.
